Although my truck has been here for over a month and told multiple times that it would be finished when it wasn’t, my personal experience there has been pretty good. The service desk person has always been super friendly and conversing and the mechanics working on my truck were the same way. Special shout out to Clint who recognized my frustration and took the time to walk me through the processes of getting my truck repaired and explaining the delays in detail. I left there with a better sense of peace and respect for the guys involved in getting my truck repaired right.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Even though I was first time customer, Sedin, the service advisor, took lots of time to help diagnose my problem and get me back on the road. Could have easily told me to leave my truck and they'd look at it tomorrow. Instead, I got treated amazingly well. Garrett, a technician, was very professional and spent some time helping figure things out! I highly recommend JX truck center in Grand Rapids and Sedin for all your service needs!

This dealership rocks! I wish I could give 10 stars for a review. I came here on March 12, 2026 for a transmission low air code. Within 30 minutes of arriving the code on my truck was diagnosed that it was a faulty sensor on the transmission. I was at another peterbilt dealership 2 days prior to coming here for the same problem and that dealership never fixed the issue I was having. I highly praise Sedin the service advisor for all of his dedicated commitment going above and beyond to help take care of the customer (me). He drove 1 hour away to go get the part needed to repair my truck! I am completely happy with this place because I was treated with respect, and honesty. I truly wish there were more service facilities around the country like this place.. I have been telling all my trucker friends to come here for repair work if they are in the area. 5 stars and above for this place! Good honest hard working people here. Thank you Sedin for everything you did for me to help get the part needed for my truck repair including, the service technicians who did the repair in record time! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I Will recommend to any company / driver passing through the Grand Rapids area. I broke down on my way to the facility , A man named Garrett came out with a battery box , and got me running, ( I had problems with charging system ,I had my triangles out trying to block traffic , in the snow ..) Garrett got me started , and stayed with me and the Batt box in traffic ,till I made it into the Facility. When I made it to the shop , I was greeted and wrote up , the techs asked if I was good to go , if I had everything that I needed and brought my truck in... Within practically no time at all they called me ...( I figured it was going to be an all nighter )... Anyway a man named Sedin , the service advisor, got back to me and told me he found my problem and that it was repaired. Very pleased , I asked if they could look into my " no bunk heat problem" within an hour it was diagnosed . Very pleased ,and would recommend to anyone needing exceptional service work , Signed , Kevin " Kevlar " , a professional driver

Have been here two times. Once for electrical problem, solved quickly and reasonably priced. The second time transmission problems. Unbelievable the tech dropped the transmission and installed it in one day. I came in on a Friday 9am. I rolled out of there at 11:30pm. Truck was running great and still is. I was already looking for a hotel for the week. Was able to deliver my load and pick up my backhaul on time. Ty JX for hiring responsible and capable employees.
